Handling the Media Training

A client from the quality assurance sector engaged TMG to provide media scenario training sessions to evaluate how their staff reacted to and dealt with challenging media situations.

A media trainer at TMG delivered various roles including an angry politician,  journalist and chief executive. We acted out scenarios over the telephone designed to test how well the candidates reacted under difficult circumstances. TMG had worked closely with the client to develop appropriate scenarios that were relevant to their organisation.

The conversations were recorded and TMG provided feedback evaluating the candidates performance.
