Presentation Training

The Media Group provided bespoke presentation and customer skills training sessions for delegates from the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB).

TMG created a tailored programme of intensive training which included sessions to encourage confidence and enhance performance as well as improving the use of tools including PowerPoint. TMG also provided a special session on telephone skills and customer relations.

The sessions incorporated filming and playback to provide plenty of opportunities to reflect and improve.
