The FA Youth Development Review

We’ve been working with The FA for some time on their Youth Development Review, aimed at improving kids’ football. From smaller goals, smaller pitches and child friendly competitions, the changes have been developed with extensive research to make kids’ football more relevant and more enjoyable for young players.

Our video sting, which puts the needs of kids at the centre of the process, has helped to raise the profile and interest level of the ongoing campaign. The proposals have been covered in the Daily Mail, and BBC breakfast ran a feature with presenter Mike Bushell playing the part of a goalkeeper in the world’s biggest goal.

Cooper Parry Corporate Challenge

The Media Group has entered a team into the Cooper Parry Corporate Challenge for the second successive year.

Our team of five, who have all been training hard, will run about 2.5 miles each, following the same course through the streets of Nottingham as the Ikano Robin Hood Half Marathon.

We are delighted to be raising money for the NSPCC and proud to be associated with such a successful local event. £240,000 was raised from entrants last year and we will be doing our best to help Cooper Parry beat that target this year.

Race day is 30th September, so come out to support all the runners if you can.
